At JVCarts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns, refunds, or exchanges under the following policy.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items include:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software or digital products
• Custom or personalized items
• Sale or clearance items (if marked as final sale)

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–15 business days].
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
